About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure that every guest leaves with a great experience while maintaining the highest operational standards. You will manage daily operations, ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about creating an effective work schedule, planning shift assignments, and coaching team members to perform at their highest level of ability. You will be responsible for fostering a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example, ensuring that service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
