Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess resident cardiopulmonary status and formulate respiratory care plans based on physician orders
- check_circleAdminister respiratory therapy modalities including aerosolized medications and mechanical ventilation
- check_circlePerform airway care, suctioning, and chest physical therapy procedures
- check_circleParticipate in emergency CPR procedures and interdisciplinary care rounds
- check_circleInstruct residents and family members on respiratory procedures and equipment usage
- check_circleDocument all therapy services, adverse reactions, and resident progress in medical records
- check_circleInitiate, monitor, and maintain life support systems and artificial ventilators

Requirements
