About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT PRN), you will be a vital member of the patient care team, coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care. This role is designed for professionals who seek satisfaction and personal growth while supporting a dynamic healthcare environment. You will perform a variety of diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, monitoring patients receiving both invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Your work will involve conducting patient assessments, administering therapies such as oxygen delivery and chest physiotherapy, and assisting with the placement and maintenance of artificial airways. You will also respond to emergent situations, ensuring airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation.
