About the Role
As a Manager of Respiratory Therapy, you will join a team of daring managers who care without reservations or limits. This role is designed for a Registered Respiratory Therapist with expertise in adult, pediatric, neonatal, and diagnostic testing areas. You will be responsible for ensuring departmental operational excellence and delivering quality patient care services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.
In this position, you will act as the leader in the director's absence, ensuring that productivity meets daily standards by managing staff levels for procedures and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies. You will participate in hiring new employees, creating annual budgets, and providing coaching and corrective actions.
