About the Role
The Registered Respiratory Therapist serves as an intricate member of the healthcare team at Novant Health. In this role, you will establish authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. You will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care that promote optimal health or provide a comforting, peaceful death.
Guided by best scientific evidence and compassion, you will assist patients in navigating their health journeys. You will accept full responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Team Context
As a Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) on the Super Pool team, you will train and be available to work across at least five Novant Health acute respiratory care locations within your established region, ensuring flexibility and broad support for the healthcare network.
