Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow-ups
- check_circleEducate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- check_circleAssess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately
- check_circleRespond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
- check_circleSet up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment including oxygen and ventilation therapy
- check_circleInspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition
- check_circlePerform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, spirometry, and gathering vital signs
Requirements
- verifiedRegistered Respiratory Therapist with active RT license
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedCurrent RCP license in state of practice
- verifiedCurrent CPR Certification
- verifiedMultiple RT licenses if covering multiple states
