As a Respiratory Therapist, you will practice in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care. You will provide top-of-scope practice in a direct patient care environment, utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care.
This is a full-time, onsite role working the night shift (72 hours per pay period). You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. The role offers opportunities for internal growth and promotion through the implementation of clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level.
