About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist (CRT), you will be an integral part of our acute care team, assisting with the preparation and delivery of patient care. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, requiring critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, delivering appropriate treatments, and responding to codes and emergent assistance calls. Your day will involve monitoring and communicating patient status, educating patients and families about illnesses, and managing respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders. Additionally, you will maintain equipment by disassembling, cleaning, sterilizing, and performing preventative maintenance and calibration.
