This position is a specialized opportunity within our Weekend Option program, designed for experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) looking to contribute during high-impact hours. You will provide evaluation and care for respiratory therapy patients, administering prescribed therapeutic services and developing comprehensive plans of care based on patient diagnoses.
In this role, you will work every weekend from Friday through Sunday nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Your day-to-day involves assessing patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, and performing advanced respiratory care modalities. You will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies and rapid responses while maintaining a constant state of alertness. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about health conditions and connect them with community support resources.
