About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will serve as a vital member of our clinical team, providing essential evaluation and care for patients with respiratory conditions. Your primary focus will be administering prescribed therapeutic services and developing comprehensive plans of care based on patient diagnoses. You will work closely with physicians to implement and monitor treatment protocols, ensuring that advanced respiratory care modalities are delivered safely and effectively.
In this role, you will be the voice of the patient, educating them and their families about their health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. You will also play a key role in maintaining the safety and readiness of our department by managing equipment calibration, inventory, and sterilization procedures. Whether responding to medical emergencies and rapid responses or performing routine assessments, you will work in a constant state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
