About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will serve as a vital member of our clinical team, providing evaluation and care for patients with respiratory conditions. Your role involves administering prescribed respiratory therapeutic services and developing comprehensive plans of care based on patient diagnoses. You will work closely with physicians to implement and monitor treatment modalities, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, monitoring equipment, and communicating patient conditions effectively. A key part of your day will involve educating patients and their families about health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining departmental inventory and ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and sterilized.

This is a PRN (as needed) position working the Night Shift, requiring a constant state of alertness to respond to medical emergencies and rapid responses. You will work in a safe manner, utilizing your clinical skills to manage a variety of respiratory care scenarios while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
