About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be the frontline provider of prescribed respiratory therapeutic services. Your day will involve assessing patients to determine the appropriate type and frequency of treatment, then developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of care based on their specific diagnoses. You will administer advanced respiratory care modalities, monitor patient conditions, and communicate critical updates to the care team.

Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and their families through their health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. You will also be responsible for the care, calibration, and maintenance of respiratory equipment, ensuring all devices meet strict cleaning and sterilization standards. In moments of urgency, you will be ready to respond to medical emergencies and rapid responses, working in a constant state of alertness to keep patients safe.
