About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist at our facility, you will serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, providing essential evaluation and care for patients with respiratory conditions. Your role involves administering prescribed therapeutic services and developing comprehensive plans of care based on patient diagnoses. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, implementing advanced respiratory care modalities, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and their families through their health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. Whether responding to medical emergencies and rapid responses or maintaining departmental inventory and equipment, you will work in a constant state of alertness to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
