About the Role
This position is more than a career; it is a calling. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and care for patients, administering prescribed therapeutic services with precision and empathy. You will assess patients to determine the appropriate type and frequency of treatment, developing individualized plans of care based on specific diagnoses. Your role involves implementing and monitoring care plans, performing advanced respiratory care modalities, and ensuring the safe maintenance of all equipment.
You will be the voice of the patient, educating them and their families about their health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. Working in a constant state of alertness, you will respond to medical emergencies and rapid responses, ensuring patient safety at all times. This is a full-time opportunity on the day shift, featuring three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
