Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This role is more than a career; it is a calling. You will provide evaluation and care for respiratory therapy patients, administering prescribed therapeutic services with precision and compassion. Your day will involve assessing patients to develop appropriate plans of care, implementing advanced respiratory modalities, and monitoring patient conditions closely. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families about health conditions and connecting them with community support resources. In addition to clinical duties, you will assist with the care and maintenance of respiratory equipment and respond to medical emergencies and rapid responses.
Candidates must possess a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in Missouri. While no prior experience is required, pediatric experience is preferred. Selected candidates will be eligible for a sign-on bonus. The position operates on a part-time schedule of 2 days per week (7 AM - 7 PM), including rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
