About the Role

The Resource Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating resource planning activities to support the division's operation and construction activities. This position serves as a key link between project progress and municipal requirements, ensuring that permit paperwork is collected, processed, and delivered efficiently.\n In this role, you will interact on a day-to-day basis with municipalities and utilize tools like Field Connect/Eschedule to monitor project progress. You will also assist in lot file management, including ordering plot plans and confirming structural selections, while ensuring all document management complies with SOX regulations. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a mentor and coach, providing continuous feedback on functional and leadership standards to colleagues without direct reports.
