D.R. Horton is seeking a Land Coordinator to join the Operations Department. This role is designed to support the Land Department by ensuring all tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link in the land development lifecycle, managing everything from acquisitions and permit processing to vendor contract administration and Homeowner's Association (HOA) coordination.
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for Homeowner's Associations and often serve as a director of HOA Boards. You will coordinate with attorneys to prepare HOA documents and jurisdictional disclosures, while also overseeing monumentation, site elements, and design themes. The role requires a professional and ethical approach to business, aiming to serve customers and increase the company's goodwill and profit.
