About the Role
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our Owners and guests, assisting in providing experiences and events that make vacation memories. You will enhance the service experience by activating all outlet services within the lobby area, such as the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge.
In this role, you will respond to guest requests for special arrangements, inform guests about property amenities and local areas of interest, and collaborate with departments like Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to resolve guest needs. Your day will be defined by greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and interacting professionally to contribute to team goals and company standards.
Hiring Process & Application
To become a Lobby Ambassador at MVW, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. The position requires the physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, as well as the capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. Please note that the position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
