As a Residential Counselor, you will join a supportive team to make a true difference in people's lives. Your role combines support, supervision, coaching, and companionship, with every interaction rooted in respect and appreciation for each individual's uniqueness. You will encourage residents to identify their strengths, explore new opportunities, and actualize their hopes and dreams.
You will help individuals maintain their physical and emotional health, foster relationships with housemates and neighbors, and participate in community activities that reflect their goals. Every shift offers the chance to build relationships, witness progress, and be part of something meaningful.
Our homes are located in welcoming neighborhood settings, typically housing 3–5 people who share private bedrooms and living spaces. Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms and take pride in their home, while staff provide ongoing guidance. Employees are available 24/7, with staffing schedules tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals served.
