About the Role
As a Residential Care Manager, you will serve as a vital partner to residents, guiding them through their recovery journey with a focus on independence and growth. This part-time role (20 hours per week) blends on-site coverage with deep, personalized support. You will work closely with an assigned group of residents to assess needs, develop individualized program goals, and link them to essential resources.
Your day will be defined by coaching residents in daily living skills—such as cooking, money management, and personal hygiene—while practicing recovery principles and Community Support Program principles. You will facilitate change and growth through active listening and motivational enhancement techniques, ensuring residents feel supported in managing their psychiatric and medical medications. Beyond direct care, you will collaborate with families, sponsors, and treatment teams to monitor progress, solve barriers, and ensure safety. You will also model the Network's PCRAFT values in every interaction, demonstrating financial responsibility and accountability in daily procedures.
