About the Role
Be the face of our community as a Residential Building Concierge at Link Apartments® QPN. You will create a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors, playing a key role in delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. From greeting guests and managing deliveries to ensuring smooth building operations, your presence sets the tone for the entire community.
This is a prevailing wage role, meaning compensation and benefits are based on federal, state, and/or local wage requirements. We are looking for someone who loves helping people, possesses a positive attitude, and has strong communication skills. Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels is a plus, as is a strong knowledge of local attractions to enhance the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMonitor common areas and check in visitors to ensure building safety
- check_circleMaintain a tidy and organized front desk and package room
- check_circleLog service requests and follow up with the maintenance team
- check_circleAnnounce food deliveries and guests as needed
- check_circleReceive, store, and notify residents of incoming deliveries and packages
- check_circleAssist with planning and executing community events for residents
- check_circleAct quickly and calmly during emergencies while following safety guidelines
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified1-2 years of customer service experience
- verifiedBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels. Strong knowledge of local attractions. Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge. Experience with Yardi.
