About the Role
The Resident Services Supervisor is a hybrid leadership role designed to support the delivery of essential services across multiple affordable housing communities. You will function as a working supervisor, balancing direct resident services support for an assigned community with the responsibility of supervising, coaching, and developing Resident Services Coordinators at other locations.
In this position, you will be the bridge between residents' psychosocial, health, safety, and quality-of-life needs and the resources required to meet them. Your day-to-day involves coordinating comprehensive care plans, advocating for residents, and ensuring consistent program delivery that aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. You will serve as a vital liaison among residents, families, community agencies, healthcare providers, and property management to address complex needs and ensure seamless service coordination.
Beyond direct service, you will play a key role in team development. You will provide day-to-day direction, training, and performance feedback to your team, fostering a culture of accountability and resident focus. By maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring service delivery from external agencies, you ensure that every resident receives the high-quality, compassionate support they deserve.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, psychology, human services, recreation therapy, or related field

- verifiedValid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance

Nice to Have
Experience working in affordable housing, senior housing, senior living, or a geriatric services environment. Social services certification or related professional certification. Knowledge of HUD reporting, resident services documentation, and affordable housing program requirements. Experience coordinating services with community agencies, healthcare providers, social service organizations, and public benefit programs.
