This position serves as a vital link between the community and its residents, managing customer support to ensure a high-quality living experience. You will provide assistance with service requests, accounting, and rental issues while coordinating miscellaneous resident-related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring their complaints and concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Your day will involve answering questions regarding rent and fee payments, completing call-backs on service requests within 24 hours, and preparing community access keys for move-ins. You will also play an active role in community building by developing and coordinating resident communications, such as newsletters and surveys, and organizing resident functions like parties and welcome events.
Additionally, you will maintain the property's standards by evaluating curb appeal, landscape, and the office environment daily. You will review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol Officers and Valet Living teams to follow up on incidents and lease violations, ensuring the leasing office, tour path, and model units are always ready for showings. During emergency maintenance situations, you will assist in coordinating vendors and communicating with residents.
