About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Support Person to join our team in a pool/PRN capacity. This role is vital to our mission of fostering maximum independence for our residents. You will serve as a trusted partner, assisting residents with both activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

In this position, your day will involve encouraging residents to perform tasks such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene to the best of their ability. You will also support them with mobility, equipment care, and incontinence care. Beyond personal care, you will assist with household tasks like tidying rooms, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as coordinating transportation and running errands. A key part of your role involves observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional status to ensure their safety and well-being.
