About the Role
At Masonicare at Greenridge Place in Rocky Hill, CT, Certified Nursing Assistants (officially titled "Residential Care Assistant") play a vital role in supporting our residents. As a Per Diem team member, you will serve as a resident advocate, ensuring that every interaction is handled with tact, diplomacy, and respect. You will act as an ambassador to guests and off-campus visitors, maintaining the high standards of care that define our community.
