Brookdale is recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity. We are dedicated to creating an environment where caregivers can become their best possible selves while making lives better, including their own.
As a Caregiver, you will provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating every senior with respect and dignity. Your day will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning. Beyond physical care, you will engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive, compassionate support.
Grow your career with Brookdale by exploring exciting opportunities for advancement into positions such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) and Medication Technician (QMAP). We offer professional development programs and ongoing initiatives catered to your overall health and wellness. Our culture supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. To support associates on their journey to U.S. citizenship, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization application costs (up to $725) for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the date of the posting. Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
