About the Mission

Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. Our team is dedicated to making a difference every day through play-based ABA therapy, supporting children ages 18 months to 8 years in a safe and engaging environment.

About the Role

You will work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. This role is designed for those who want to stay active and engaged, helping kids learn through movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. You will collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed, maintaining a clean and organized therapy space.

While no prior experience is necessary, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in childcare, mental health, or health sciences. We provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, with a clear path to your first raise upon earning that credential.

Hiring Process
