About the Role

The Reset Supervisor serves as a critical leader within our DFW and Southern OK service areas, overseeing the execution of scheduled resets for both Small and Large Format accounts. This role is dedicated to recruiting, selecting, training, and developing a high-performing team of Reset Specialists, Office Coordinators, and Sales Coordinators.

In this position, you will ensure labor cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and adhering to KDP merchandising standards. You will act as the local subject matter expert for key partners like 7E and Walgreens, collaborating with Regional Managers and Zone Sales Operations to drive incremental sales through effective selling-in of shipper and display programs. Your day-to-day involves coordinating vendor partners to ensure teams are fully equipped, managing Glide and labor budgets, and overseeing inventory and coupon accountability. You will also support market tours to ensure stores are in grand opening condition and serve as a point of continuity for sales territories during leadership absences.
