The Education and Child Development department has been committed to conducting high-quality education research and capacity building for more than 40 years. We focus our research, data collection, and technical assistance across the full array of education-relevant populations, from preschoolers to post-graduate doctorate holders.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct program evaluations, research, and technical assistance for large-scale education projects
- check_circleServe as task leader overseeing staff responsibilities, monitoring budgets, and coordinating schedules
- check_circleConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and lead technical assistance activities
- check_circleReview, synthesize, and describe existing evidence to guide program and policy decisions
- check_circleContribute to the development of white papers, briefs, reports, and evidence-based tools
- check_circleEngage in business development including idea generation, outreach, and grant proposal writing
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree required
- verifiedPh.D. preferred
- verifiedMinimum 7 years' experience in research/technical assistance for education projects
- verifiedExperience working on a Regional Educational Laboratory (RELs) or Comprehensive Center (RCCs)
- verifiedExperience working as an education practitioner in a school, district, or state education agency
- verifiedDeep understanding of the Every Student Succeeds Act
- verifiedAdvanced understanding and application of implementation science or improvement science
- verifiedStrong quantitative or qualitative skills required
- verifiedU.S. citizens due to security clearance requirements

Ph.D. degree. Experience working on a Regional Educational Laboratory (RELs) or Comprehensive Center (RCCs). Advanced quantitative or qualitative skills.
