About the Role
This position serves as a vital support role within our laboratory operations, assisting chemists and chemical engineers in conducting chemical and physical laboratory tests. You will utilize instrumental techniques to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials related to product development or quality control of production processes.
In this role, you will determine the physical and chemical properties of compounds and materials using quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis across organic, inorganic, physical, analytical chemistry, photochemistry, or electrochemistry. You will perform a variety of chemical tests using instrumental methods and standard test equipment, preparing materials for laboratory examination and conducting quality, safety, and compliance assessments. Working with close supervision, you will set up and maintain lab equipment, record and tabulate data, and document observations and results in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
