TruBlue of Flower Mound provides senior-focused home safety and home maintenance services in the North Dallas area. We are developing a Senior Fall Risk Reduction Initiative to identify home-based fall hazards, support practical safety improvements, and build a structured data-driven model for aging-in-place support.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research & Operations Intern to support our senior fall-risk assessment program. This position is ideal for someone passionate about public health, healthcare, gerontology, aging services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, healthcare business, or community health.\n In this role, you will bridge the gap between field assessments and strategic research. You will also support the development of a Senior Fall Risk Reduction White Paper by summarizing public information, drafting charts, and preparing case summaries. Additionally, you will conduct research to identify potential medical advisors, university faculty, and senior agencies, assisting with outreach preparation and follow-up documentation.
Interested candidates should submit their application via our standard portal. Selected applicants will be contacted for an initial conversation to discuss the role's scope and fit.
