About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the heartbeat of our service operations. In this role, you will manage incoming service requests received via email and phone, accurately entering information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by offering solutions to customer concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary. Your work will directly support our on-call service teams by coordinating dispatches for emergency service requests, ensuring our technicians can respond quickly and effectively.
