About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician / Mechatronics Technician, you will be a hands-on problem solver where precision meets aerospace excellence. This role is designed for those who thrive on keeping complex equipment running at peak performance. You will be a key player in ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
No two days are the same in this position. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve advanced manufacturing systems across the plant, working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic equipment. Your work directly supports the production of critical components, making your technical expertise vital to our mission.

Requirements
- verified2-year technical/Mechatronics degree preferred or equivalent experience
- verified3 years of previous experience in a Technical Maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment
