Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate pre-construction services and project activities with governmental regulatory agencies
- check_circleDirect strategic planning and provide leadership in business development and client relations
- check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to assure continued satisfaction
- check_circleOutline work plans, assign duties, and provide technical advice to resolve project problems
- check_circleProvide schedule support to preserve the contract and project schedule
- check_circleMeet regularly with Finance to assure projects are progressing as scheduled and within budget
- check_circleAssist in proposal writing and review project drawings to determine timeframes and resource allotment
- check_circleReview project costs, operations, and forecast data to determine team progress toward goals
- check_circleEstablish a network of business associates, subcontractors, and related vendors
- check_circlePrepare project reports for management and clients and modify schedules or plans as required
- check_circleManage work in accordance to the Project Managers' Manual and provide guidance to team members
- check_circleManage project managers, assign work, and ensure timely completion and project profitability
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree from four year college/university or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of 10 years related work experience
- verifiedDemonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
