This position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact with an industry leader. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Working personally or through Superintendents and Project Coordinators, you will serve as a strategic partner to owners and project staff.
In this role, you will establish work plans, manage staffing, and negotiate with owners and subcontractors to maintain efficient, well-run projects. You will also assist in proposal writing, strategic planning, and business development, while mentoring internal talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a leadership role designed for those who want to build leaders and drive positive change within the construction industry.
