We are seeking an experienced Reporting Data Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. This role is critical for supporting enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives, specifically focusing on complex insurance data interpretation and regulatory compliance.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between complex business processes and technical reporting structures. You will translate domain knowledge of Workers Compensation, Commercial Lines, and the broader insurance lifecycle into dimensional models and KPIs. Your work ensures accurate data lineage, validates enterprise reporting outputs, and supports analytics initiatives that align with strategic business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reliable reporting and strong enterprise data governance. The role demands a deep understanding of the policy and claims lifecycles, from submission and quoting to renewals, cancellations, and financial reporting metrics, ensuring consistency across source systems and the enterprise data warehouse.
