We are seeking an experienced Reporting Data Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. This role is critical for supporting enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives, with a specific focus on Workers Compensation and Commercial Lines.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between complex insurance business processes and technical reporting structures. You will translate domain knowledge from policy, claims, billing, and financial systems into dimensional models, KPIs, and enterprise reporting architectures. Your work will ensure accurate data lineage, validate enterprise reporting outputs, and support analytics initiatives that align with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to maintain reliable reporting and strong enterprise data governance. The role involves interpreting data from Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Genius) and SAP, mapping policy and claims lifecycles into Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) structures, and resolving data discrepancies across source systems and ETL pipelines.
Candidates must be a Canada Citizen or Permanent Resident. The interview process will assess your deep expertise in P&C insurance data, dimensional modeling, and your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days per week. The position is open to candidates holding H1, GC, or USC visas.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
