About the Role
The Report Processor serves as a critical quality gatekeeper within our medical-legal operations. This role exists to ensure that every report delivered to our clients meets the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will act as the bridge between complex medical data and clear, actionable documentation, reviewing transcriptions and verifying data to guarantee precision.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end quality control process for assigned accounts. Your day involves proofreading reports for grammar and clarity, verifying the accuracy of medical-legal information, and collaborating with physicians to resolve discrepancies. You will monitor strict timelines, track deadlines, and work closely with internal departments to maintain an efficient workflow. A key part of your mission is to identify process improvements and optimize production to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the strictest confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements
