At Ryder, you're not just filling a seat -- you're building a career with one of North America's most recognized names in transportation and logistics. As a Rental Sales Representative, you'll have real ownership over your market, real relationships with customers, and real opportunities to grow. If you're driven, energetic, and want a role where your results are visible and rewarded, this is it.
This is a front-line sales role with broad responsibility where you'll be the face of Ryder's rental operation in your market. Your day-to-day will span sales and marketing, operations, and customer experience. You will own the full sales process for inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting, execute marketing plans, and maximize rate opportunities. You will take ownership of the profitability and asset management of your rental location, partnering cross-functionally with Maintenance, Asset Management, and Marketing teams. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer satisfaction, resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
Ryder will only communicate with an applicant directly from a [@ryder.com] email address. We will never conduct an interview online through a chat forum, messaging app, or via an online questionnaire. During an interview, Ryder will never ask for any form of payment or banking details and will never solicit personal information outside of the formal submitted application through www.ryder.com/careers.
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, road tests, and/or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Should you have any questions regarding the application process or to verify the legitimacy of an interview or Ryder representative, please contact Ryder at careers@ryder.com or 800-793-3754.
