About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to help grow our book of business. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual contributor role is designed for a construction sales professional who knows the intricacies of exterior scopes including roofing, coatings, painting, and siding.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them from the initial opportunity through contract execution. Your day-to-day involves identifying and pursuing new renovation opportunities, building strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, HOAs, general contractors, and developers, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our operations teams. You will work closely with estimating and regional leadership to deliver accurate scopes and competitive proposals while managing a robust pipeline for long-term growth.
