We are seeking a Remote Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) Principal Engineer to join our team of experts delivering capabilities that meet our customers' growing needs in digital transformation. In this full-time direct position, you will support customer initiatives with subject matter expertise on MBD practices designed to maximize data reusability in consumption workflows.
You will act as a technical thought leader, shaping internal and external perspectives through participation in industry standards organizations and leading user group engagement. Your day-to-day will involve driving the adoption of Model-Based Definition across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain environments, guiding suppliers toward high-level MBE maturity, and establishing scalable approaches for MBD authoring and validation. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional eager to solve complex business and technical challenges while influencing tool capabilities and aligning solutions to customer needs.

ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Certification. Experience applying Model-Based Definition (MBD) in CAD systems beyond Siemens NX, such as PTC Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks. Working knowledge of Siemens digital engineering tools, including NX advanced modules (Fibersim, Mechanical Routing, Electrical Routing, PMI Advisor, Check-Mate, Tolerance Analysis) and familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter applications (Teamcenter Quality, Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner, and related PLM capabilities). Experience applying Lean and Agile engineering practices. Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives related to digital engineering or model-based practices.
