The Boeing Test Operations and Engineering (TO&E) team in Berkeley, Missouri, is seeking Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineers to join our Instrumentation Installation Design group. This team supports critical flight test programs, ensuring the successful integration of data systems across our aircraft platforms.
In this role, you will be part of a design team responsible for the synthesis of requirements and the creation of engineering definitions, 3D models, 2D drawings, and model-based definitions. You will define the mechanical hardware required to install flight test data systems. Because flight test hardware is frequently located throughout the aircraft, this position offers a unique opportunity to become familiar with various areas of the platform.
You will work the entire design cycle, from requirement definition and layouts to preliminary design reviews, engineering releases, and coordination with manufacturing engineers and suppliers. The role involves occasional shipside support for modifications, whether along the assembly line in Saint Louis, at remote US sites like Air Force bases, or internationally. Team members will support all Saint Louis production programs, including the F-47, F-15, F/A-18, T-7A, MQ-25A, and Weapons systems, working across these diverse platforms.
We are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Entry-Level and Associate Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineers.
Applications for this position will be accepted until June 02, 2026. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Berkeley, Missouri location. This position is for the 1st shift.
