About the Role
We are seeking a Design Engineer (Aero Engines Externals) & Design & Drafting Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will be responsible for the conceptual and detailed design of aero engine external components, utilizing conventional hand calculations and advanced CAD tools. Your work will ensure the structural integrity and functional compliance of critical engine modules.
You will serve as a key technical representative for the design team, participating in Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and interacting directly with customers to address technical status and resolve critical problems. The role requires a deep understanding of aero engine build and functionality, enabling you to perform stack-up analysis, interpret structural results, and drive root cause analysis (RCA) to implement effective corrective actions.

Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and aero engine projects are encouraged to apply.
