About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as fully remote Search Consultants. This is a unique opportunity to partner with us in transforming people's lives by placing them in their ideal positions while simultaneously transforming your own career.

We do not require previous recruiting experience; instead, we offer a tried-and-true recipe for success, providing comprehensive training and resources to help you succeed.
This is a commission-driven position with no cap on earning potential. Successful consultants can earn between 30-75% of their production. The role is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial mindset, a competitive spirit, and a desire for unlimited earning potential.
