About the Role

We are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Michigan to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. You will work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.

In this fully remote role, you will make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity. You will prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed and collaborate with clients to create care plans. Our approach prioritizes safety and best practices; we do not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications, offering them only as an option based on the client's specific symptoms and diagnosis. We do not currently treat substance use disorders and refer out to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine.

You will be expected to complete an in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam. While all new hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and expected to treat ADHD clients, there are no quotas for the number of clients or prescriptions.
