ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Helpdesk Support specialist for a temporary assignment supporting the Professional Development Information System (PDIS). This role is designed to provide essential Tier 1 assistance to users, ensuring timely and accurate support while maintaining high standards of user satisfaction and organizational compliance.
As the first point of contact, you will manage the initial intake of inquiries via email and handle all subsequent work through the FreshService IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. Your day-to-day involves answering general questions, assisting with login issues and password resets, and navigating users through the system. When complex issues arise, you will escalate them to Tier 2 or appropriate technical teams, ensuring a smooth workflow for all stakeholders.
Candidates must be located in New Mexico to apply for this remote position. The assignment begins as soon as possible and is scheduled to conclude on June 30, 2026. Selected candidates will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
