About the Role
Visa Independent is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Architect to lead a critical, large-scale migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. This position serves as the technical authority for the initiative, defining the migration strategy, designing the target architecture, and establishing the implementation roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.
In this role, you will drive the technical vision and execution of the transition, ensuring a seamless shift in collaboration tools and infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage change, oversee the technical implementation, and ensure the new environment meets the organization's security and operational standards.

Requirements
- verified8+ years of Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering experience
- verifiedProven experience leading large-scale Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations
- verifiedStrong expertise in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID
- verifiedExperience with Identity & Access Management (SSO, SAML, OIDC, Cloud Identity)
- verifiedKnowledge of email security (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, CloudM, or Google Workspace Migrate
- verifiedStrong Change Management and/or Project Management experience
- verifiedScripting/automation skills with Python, Google Apps Script, or GAM preferred
- verifiedGoogle Workspace Administrator preferred
- verifiedGoogle Cloud Architect preferred
