We are hiring a friendly and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support from the comfort of your home. This role exists to bridge the gap between our medical services and the people who need them, ensuring every patient and client feels heard and valued.
As a member of the Customer Support & Patient Services department, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding services, appointments, billing, and general support. Your day will involve communicating via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism. You will document interactions accurately in our CRM systems, follow up to ensure full resolution, and escalate complex issues when necessary. A key part of your mission is maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines while striving to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
