A-Line Staffing is seeking a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative to support our clients in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing remote flexibility with essential on-site collaboration.
The position focuses on building strong rapport with members and delivering compassionate, accurate support across phone, email, and instant message channels. You will act as a bridge between complex health, welfare, and pension plan details and the members who rely on them, translating technical information into clear, actionable instructions. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt your communication style to diverse personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy, even during challenging interactions.
While this is a remote position, candidates must reside within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA (15222). The first day of employment requires an on-site visit to the office. Additionally, you must be available to come into the office for meetings and special projects as needed.
