The Remarketing Accounts Payable and Title Representative is a pivotal role within the Remarketing department, serving as the operational bridge between asset management and financial closure. This position is dedicated to processing expenses and ensuring the seamless conveyance of ownership for company-owned assets to buyers.
In this hybrid role, you will navigate the complexities of title research and payment processing. Your day will involve researching documents to determine title issuance status, working with titling companies, and resolving issues with state authorities and buyers to ensure homes are ready for sale. You will also manage the financial side by processing renovation expenses, property preservation costs, and land purchases, while maintaining accurate records in our Oracle payment system. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with Asset Managers, suppliers, and external partners.
